Prayer

Prayer is the privilege we have as God’s children to come boldly before His throne. To emphasize Jesus’ words in Matthew 21:13, “My House shall be a house of prayer”, we believe that our lives as faithful believers is dependent on prayer and prayer is the foundation of everything we do. The purpose of our prayer ministries is for each person to encounter God and develop a deeper love-relationship with Christ. We understand the importance of calling upon God for divine strength, divine protection, divine provision and divine empowerment to live under his authority.

PRAYER MINISTRY Opportunities

Watchmen on the Walls

This team is involved in different ways on Sunday morning to facilitate God’s will in our worship experience. The Watchmen are involved in “covering prayer” while our Pastor is teaching the morning message. There is a team available to pray with people after each service and events. This prayer team also receives prayer requests daily and lifts people and their needs up to the Lord.

EPN

The Email Prayer Network is made up with those people who regularly use email. This ministry provides an opportunity to pray for personal requests and ministry requests within the church.

The Bridge

The goal of this prayer ministry is to bring generations together through prayer. Adults are partnered to a child/youth and cover them daily in prayer.
